Myofascial
Release is an effective technique that provides sustained pressure
into myofascial restrictions to effectively eliminate pain and restore
motion.
Trauma, such as a fall, whiplash, bike accidents, repetitive stress
injuries or habitual poor posture over time have cumulative effects
resulting in fascia becoming tight, restricted, and a source of
tension to the rest of the body. The fascia can exert excessive
pressure which produces pain or restriction of motion and can affect
flexibility and stability.*
